What do you like best?

How easy it is to control all of your social platforms within the same place. We have a few different platforms and it can be a hassle to try and handle them all in separate places, but CrowdControlHQ made it so much easier to keep tabs on them all, and the traffic that they generate. It also helped us drive more traffic to our website, and it helped us generate more specific content to reach certain audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really, we tried it for a few months and it seemed to work out very well, we just decided to go in a different direction after a few months of using. Nothing against the company or CrowdControlHQ, we just had some other projects that we decided to prioritize, and that was the main reason for a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would say give it a shot. It is worth the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly we kept tabs on our social accounts, and using CrowdControlHQ to generate content that more so fits our targeted audience. It allowed us to be able to post more relevant blogs that did drive people to our website. We used CrowdControlHQ for about 3-4 months and we could tell the difference from using it and not using it. I would suggest at least trying it if you're in the market, it helped our firm greatly for the time we had it, but as I mentioned, we had to prioritize other projects. I think we would be willing to go back and give it another try at some point in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best thing about CrowdControlHQ is that its features keeps updating and their team makes improvements and adds desired features with every update. One of my favorite features is the reporting feature and it helps you manage multiple accounts from a one single platform so you can monitor at one centralized place. It is an incredible tool and the analytics section is the best. I use it daily for Analytics, Automated Publishing, Contact Management, Conversion Tracking, Targeting Keyword Filtering, Multi-Account Management, Post Scheduling and multiple other functions. The support team replies on time and comes up with an efficient solution. I use it everyday and a large number of people gain benefit from its useful features. The dashboards are innovative and with every update they keep making the system better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

CrowdControlHQ is present currently only as a desktop version so it will be very helpful if they develop it as a mobile application. I found out after using it for a while that once you post something it cannot be edit for example if you post an image it cannot be cropped or anything like that. What do you like best?

Crowd Control allows us to easily manage all of our social media pages and allows us to validate the posts which will soon be created solely bt our branches allowing us to control the content sent out to our consumers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

- You are not able to create polls using Crowd Control.

- Emoji's are not categorised.

- When you add a news story link only the link appears and not a photo link/ story link which make the story more noticable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Crowd Control is very easy to use and allows you to post the same tweet to multiple social media platforms with ease which saves time and effort. The sight also alloes you to edit the tweet for each platforms so you can tailor the tweet specifically for that audience; which is great.

On the back of all if this it is very easy to take data from the analytics section of the site to create reports which show you how your social reach is improving, what your audience is interested in and therfore allows you to make infomrative decisions on what content to post. What do you like best?

The simplicity of the platform. It's really easy to schedule outbound posts, check what's been scheduled for what days in the month, and it's also a really useful software to check that you're on top of the inbound content too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's a bit difficult if you want to schedule multiple photos on a Facebook post, for example. If this you do this, it will always ask you to create a new album. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The tool is robust, user-friendly and intuitive to use. It has all the features needed to manage multiple social media accounts, and control the associated risks. What do you like best?

For me, the best feature is conversations as it has made my Customer Service team's day a lot easier. From a marketing perspective the analytics tool is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything i really dislike, the only improvement I can think of is enabling a report for automatic YOY analysis as a lot of the work I do is measured year on year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
