
The platform has a lot of potential to be a very useful and large scale Learning Management System (LMS) but only if you are willing to pay the company massive amounts of money for them to do it for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service through crowd wisdom is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever received through any company EVER! They provide little to no support to their customers unless you pay them a lot of money! Their timeline for getting back to you and making any changes or supporting you is 2-4 weeks! They also do not regularly update anything on their support site and promise outlandish changes but have yet to follow through! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
