What do you dislike?
The customer service through crowd wisdom is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever received through any company EVER! They provide little to no support to their customers unless you pay them a lot of money! Their timeline for getting back to you and making any changes or supporting you is 2-4 weeks! They also do not regularly update anything on their support site and promise outlandish changes but have yet to follow through! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research and try to find another LMS. Only go with Crowd Wisdom if it is one of your only options! They are a truly awful customer service team who really only cares about their clients who can pay them tons of money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has given us the ability to create a very rudimentary LMS catalog that allows our members to access our recorded educational content. As I said before, it really has the potential to be used as a great Learning management system that is very helpful for our members to use but from the admin side, it is almost impossible!
