**What do you like best about CRM-gx?**

CRM-GX Is a totally web based Customer CRM Management,the best thing that it doesn't take time through the day for updating the accounts Management which related to the new suppliers and customers,However the account lead Management features which having all the details about the customer and analytical tool and chart for the account beside the ability to have internal mails and messages between different departments

**What do you dislike about CRM-gx?**

When trying to terminate some customers accounts it need to pass alot of hierarchy procedures so if there's ability to add Management Termination directly without passing all of this steps

**What problems is CRM-gx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using CRM-GX for adding and updating existing customers and vendors and the new accounts in addition to measure the customer needs and update the monthly analytical charts

**What do you like best about CRM-gx?**

The best thing in CRM -GX that it's capable for small entities to manage their accounts and clients also for predicting customer needs , In another hand give the chance to evaluate the performance of the sales and their productivity from analysing the productivity beside the annual and half annual revenue

**What do you dislike about CRM-gx?**

The supporting language is only English however some of the vendors need another languages beside the CRM Interface need to be more modern

**What do you like best about CRM-gx?**

CRM-gx is a wonderful software that has helped us a lot in managing customer relations. With its various features, our work has become easier for us. It is not just enriched with features but is also a powerful and customizable CRM solution that aided us with our medium scale business. Now we don’t have to worry about producing a report because CRM-gx ‘s various tools made it so easy and simple. We really adore its super-fast interface and also it is a very simple and convenient solution to use. we haven't faced any complexity in using it.

**What do you dislike about CRM-gx?**

Undoubtedly it is a feature-rich software but we have found it as little expensive because as it is designed for a small scale and medium scale businesses so its price too should be accordingly.

**What problems is CRM-gx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM-gx has provided us with a wonderful experience in CRM. Now things have become easy for us. The thing I like the most about it is its super-fast interface and also it is very simple to use .and also it is a powerful and customizable CRM solution. Considering its other features like that of e-mail marketing and internal chat integration we have found it a wonderful CRM solution.
