It is easy to find what you are looking for. **What do you dislike about Creem?** Creem support is terrible. They can suddenly decide to shut down your merchant account without any warning or explanation. You will lose time, money and the trust of your clients. Creem doesn't care. **What problems is Creem solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creem and its alternatives help SaaS owners like me set up payments easily as Merchants of Record. This is useful if you have a small startup that is just testing the waters. ### 2. For my use cases, it's perfect. But if you need some advanced features, just make sure everything's there before migrating :) **What problems is Creem solving and how is that benefiting you?** I live in France, and taxes are impossible to handle when you have a small business and are selling worldwide; so I need a Merchant of Records. If it doesn't break the bank, it's better haha, and Creem's fees are super reasonable! ### 3. The great documentation made it really easy to add it as a payment provider. Any questions I had were quickly answered, and I find the API to be great. The initial setup process, while involving KYB, was almost entirely automatic, which I appreciate. **What do you dislike about Creem?** They have a trial only for the subscription model, not for buying once. **What problems is Creem solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Creem as a payment provider for my desktop app. It handles all payments and license keys management as a MoR, with easy integration, fast setup, and great documentation.
