I have been a media buyer for 11 years and have used various tracking systems like Prosper202, Binom, and BeMob. However, nothing has compared to CPV Lab.

I like the fact that it is self hosted So I am in control of my own data. The software is very easy to use and the set up guides are simple as well. I can also not say enough for Dan and the customer support. He has helped me many times fix my issues. I have been using it now for over three years and on three different domains. I work in a marketing agency and we run campaigns for customers. I like that I can create multiple user accounts so that I can allow customers access to reports and they see only their own campaigns. CPV Labs is the original tracking tool and has been used by many successful affiliate marketers over the years. The tool went dormant for a short spell while it had a transition and was reinvented by the initial software developers. It is software that needs to be self-hosted, which is good because your data is held on your private servers. Go with the hosting company that CPV Lab refer to because they are reliable.

The only con is installing the software yourself; I can tell you I'm by no means technical; I followed a tutorial that I found on youtube and it was straightforward. This was my only concern which turned out to be easier than I thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use of this tracker compared to others. I won't name other trackers (used free versions of them to check the UI) but trust me, CPV Lab Pro is worth every penny. There is very minimum learning curve in this software. The UI pretty straightforward for a beginner to understand. You would need to familiarize yourself with the look n feel by using it regularly. The help documents are easy to understand and lets you set up the tracking/campaigns on your own. Overall, a diy tracker but with high-end features.

I had tough time to set up the tracker on my own hosting as it required ion cube loader. The support was helpful but I had to pay to my hosting to install ion cube loader on my account. You must make sure that your hosting provider has "ion cube loader". And that it can take the load of the data. Better to go with the hosting that CPV lab recommends or ask your hosting company if they can host such tracker without slowing down the space. CPVLAB is definitelly worth the money that I've paid for the lifetime version. It is very complex with many reports and provides a lot of information. I like that it is highly customizable. You can track any kind of funnel, no matter how complicated it is.

The redirect rules are very very useful and the cloaking comes handy for some campaigns.

Also, for Facebook campaigns, it is a must-have tool, now after the iOS 14 updates.
