The attentiveness, critical attention to details and the amazing suport from Dan.

We did not ecperience a down side, everything was amazing.

Systems converstion and other data related processes. Accuracy is important.

Covalence assisted with out UlitPro Time & Attendance Module.  They were able to help us correct configuration errors.

They know the product and are responsive.

On site presence would have been helpful.

Nothing currently but their knowledge and expertise was very helpful with the module they were helping us with.
