"Easy way to connect Power BI to Quickbooks"
5/5
What do you like best about Coupler.io?

I was looking for a way to connect Power BI to QuickBooks. Previously, I was manually entering the budget actual data into Excel sheets before connecting them to Power BI, but this took a lot of time and was prone to errors and typos.

During my research, I found Coupler.io, and I really liked how easy it was to connect to QuickBooks, as well as the speed at which it refreshed data. For example, if I enter a transaction into QuickBooks, it appears on my dashboard within minutes. The UI is also easy to use.

I had a few queries regarding certain data formats, and the customer service was very good. I was able to book a call within a day of requesting one with Olha, who was really helpful and resolved my issue.

From a pricing perspective, considering that the process is now almost completely error free and frees up my time to focus on more important tasks, I think it is definitely worth it. I estimate it will save me around 4 hours per month and allow me to be more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

The only issue is that there are certain P&L formats I would like to have.

I can get the P&L by class from QuickBooks, but that report does not show the profit for each individual class, only the total profit.

However, I found a workaround that allows me to have both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful tool for syncing data with Airtable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Coupler.io?

We use Coupler.io to help us when scheduling a large event each year. Coupler.io helps us integrate our database (Airtable) with Google Sheets in order to check for errors and ensure we don't have any meeting conflicts. We have multiple employees running the software multiple times a day, and the sync is seamless. Coupler.io saves us time and lets us breathe easy, knowing that during our event, people will be where they need to be—and when they need to be there—because Coupler.io has error-checked their schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

Because we only use Coupler.io for a few months each year, it can be a bit tedious to resume our non-profit discount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Won in our head-to-head comparison with other platforms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Coupler.io?

Obvious usability and workflow compared with other platforms, deep connector library, great visuals & data presentation on their prebuilt dashboards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

While their prebuilt PowerBI dashboards save a ton of time on setup, you still have to do some work to swap out different data sources or just remove some of the presets if you don't want to use the exact combination the dashboard comes with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Salesforce Data Extraction for Powerful Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Coupler.io?

For me it is all about pulling data out of Salesforce so we can use it to create excellent reporting. A feature that Salesforce just doesn't do a good job of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

It does exactly what we need it to do so nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coupler is intuitive and offers good value for money, especially for a charity without a dedicated data engineering resource. "Game-Changing Reporting Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Coupler.io?

The biggest positive for me is how much faster our reporting has become. Being able to pull customised versions of our Mailchimp reports directly into our main marketing spreadsheet has saved us a huge amount of manual work. The dashboards are also genuinely helpful, especially the PPC coverage dashboards, which make monitoring performance far easier. Overall, the automation and ease of use has been game changing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

Overall, I found the setup and daily use of Coupler.io to be smooth and efficient. The only minor limitation I encountered was that I wasn’t able to land our Mailchimp data directly into a Coupler dashboard. It would have been a nice extra convenience, but it didn’t get in the way of what we needed to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising ETL Tool That Simplifies Complex Data Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Coupler.io?

Massive Integration Library: I love the sheer number of integrations available. It seems like no matter what service we’re using, Coupler has a connector that gets us up and running quickly.

Built-in Data Transformations: I really like the ability to perform data transformations directly within the pipeline. Being able to clean and format data before it hits the destination has saved us several manual steps.

Source Merging: The ability to merge multiple sources into a single destination is a standout feature. It’s been highly effective for consolidating reports that would otherwise be fragmented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

HubSpot Association Support: It’s a bit of a specific use case, but I wish it had better support for association data in HubSpot. Mapping those specific relationships can be a bit of a struggle currently.

Append Mode Rigor: I’d like to see more rigorous checks for "Append" mode. It does a good job with spreadsheet destinations, but it lacks the ability to detect already imported rows for database destinations, which can lead to duplicates.

No Native UUID Formula: I would love to see a formula to generate UUIDs. Since sources like Google Analytics and LinkedIn don’t provide native IDs, having a way to assign unique IDs during the import would be a huge win for our data organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Coupler.io Review"
5/5

Coupler.io has been an excellent tool for integrating QuickBooks Online with Power BI. The setup process was straightforward, and the platform is incredibly easy to use.

Their support team has been very responsive and helpful, guiding us seamlessly from trials and testing through to full implementation. With their assistance, we were able to complete a smooth transition, and our Power BI dashboards are now running efficiently with data extracted via Coupler.io.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly data integration solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coupler.io?

the pricing could be a bit more flexible for smaller teams, and setting up more complex data models can take some trial and error. Also, the documentation, while helpful, could be a bit more detailed for advanced users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
