Viewing the vendor invoice history is helpful. Seeing the status and invoice delivery method in the main Invoices screen is helpful. Pulling up invoices by status is a great reporting tool. Our Unit# field is friendly in that we can type in just an address or unit# and usually locate what is needed. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** Some fields do not allow you to use the keyboard End button, so you have to space over or try to click to the end of a long stream of data. (Description and Unit# field) Comments added to the PO in Coupa should not appear on every invoice for that PO. The "Advanced" button in the Invoices area does not always use the filters added. The data needed does not display as requested when adding more than one filter. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** For many invoice types, it can be a time saver on entry over the NetSuite system. ### 10. The ability to dispute invoices and communicate via comments allows us to track invoices and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner has been a big improvement. All conversations are tracked in the system for audit and research purposes. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** I would like to see additional opportunities to view and track related items. Also, more user-friendly options for analytics across the areas. It can be difficult to build the reports and tie tables/fields together without previous report writing experience. This increased accessibility to reporting will allow us to tie together data that we are having to pull multiple reports for to view header information vs. line information and invoice information vs. receipt information. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication with the business (requesters/buyers) and the suppliers with visibility within the system. Would be really nice to have a touchless process from Sourcing to Requisition. Also, the line level confirming and promised delivery date not being a standard out of the box offering for CXML is a downfall. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spend visibility is the biggest benefit we are getting today. I wish there was a more robust option to talk to other users who may have similar issues or could speak to some of the issues I see on a day to day basis. The catalogs need to be improved in terms of being expanded and have better descriptions. The ease of use is a huge bonus. It's the most user friendly experience I've ever worked with. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** One downside to Coupa is that it doesn't integrate as well as we'd like with Oracle. We are bringing direct PO's from Oracle and reconciling in Coupa. It's causing a lot of issues and invoice holds. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coupa has made everyone's jobs a lot easier. It takes very little time to figure out the software. It is allowing us to manage our spend more efficiently so we can negotiate contracts. ### 25. That makes it easy to submit reimbursement for monthly/quarterly expenses that stay relatively the same. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** I think the mobile app could use improvement for UI/UX to make it more intuitive. I also wish there was better visibility into when a reimbursement would be paid after it's been approved. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coupa makes it so I can get reimbursed for business expenses. All I have to do is take pictures of receipts and submit them through the app and my team then understands where that money is going / why. ### 30. I also really like the ability to pay our employees via ACH, but not have to directly deal with their banking information. Coupa has increased our efficiency with our reimbursement process exponentially. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** The setup process took longer than I thought it would going into the process. There are also many features that Coupa has that we don't need for our organization and I wish we could customize the product a little more to fit only the needs we have. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coupa has significantly improved our employee reimbursement process. We were previously filling out all reimbursements by hand and then mailing paper checks, which could sometimes take weeks to reach employees. We had constant complaints about not offering to pay by ACH, but it was too complicated to reimburse through payroll and we did not want to handle employee banking information through AP. Coupa allows us to pay electronically within just a few days and has drastically increased our efficiency. It also provided solutions to missed and/or insufficient approvals of reimbursement reports. I had concerns that some of our less tech-savvy employees would find the product hard to adopt, but they have caught on quite well and understand the submission and approval processes. Coupa has been a game changer for reimbursements and I'm very happy we started using the product. ### 31. It only happened to me 5 times since using it for a year and a half, so it's not too common. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** The simplicity of submitting expenses. My company had SAP as their expense management previously, and I have saved a lot of time from using Coupa. For a sales Org, efficiency is everything. ### 40. Once all the information you input is without error POs are created almost instantly. The workflow or release process was also easier as if one person in the workflow is unable to release the PO moves to the next approver within 72 hours. Persons can also delegate a colleague to release a PO or process GR on their behalf in their absence. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** A mistake is not flagged instantly and does not prevent the PO from being saved because of said mistake. The error would be flagged after the SAP remote user checks the PO. If mistakes were being flagged instantly as they were created, it would eliminate the need to double-handle the PO and further reduce the wait time for the PO to be released. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** It eliminates a third party from creating the PO, significantly reducing the PO creation process. Various reports can be run simply and hassle-free. There is also the option to schedule routine reports that are sent to your email weekly, monthly, bi-annually etc. ### 47. As a construction manager it is highly inefficient to track project spend. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing vendor invoices is the primary solution.
