It saves me time so that I only need to put in our cost center/unter the PO for payment, in addition to creating an expense report with our company. **What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?** In the future, it would be nice if Synchrony included more luxe gifts for selections, more variety; high end/name brand selections. I had over 40 client gifts to send. The CG template was downloaded to input the data, but the company field was not incorporated to the shipping fields in CG. To improvise, I had to input the company name as the client's last name. Another order, I had approximately 10 client gifts. The CG template was downloaded and then uploaded to CG. I did not enter the phone numbers for our clients and it went through. However for second order I had with 40 client gifts, I had to enter phone numbers for each client. I found this to be inconsistent. To simply searching for a gift, a "search bar" would be extremely helpful. This would help if we are searching for a specfic brand or item. UPDATE: 6/5 Pefer not to use CG, as the gifts are not what we could purchase for a client nor an employee. In previous years, it was always a struggle trying to come up with a holiday gift that would appease everyone. No matter how hard you tried, there would always be someone who wished we'd given something else. With the Corporate Gift "Let Them Choose" option, we know our clients are getting a gift they enjoy because they got to chose it themselves! The process is easy to set up as well. you either manually enter the recipients email or easily upload a document listing the recipients. You can add your own message or choose from a list of recommended greetings. My favorite feature is that you are able to track the progress of your gifts as well. It will inform you if they've viewed the email, if they've selected their gift, etc. You don't have to worry "did they get the email?" "did they even get a gift that I paid for?" because you'll already know and can reach out to anyone who slips through the cracks. **What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?** I do wish that you could select gift prices as a specific dollar amount in the Let Them Choose category. I understand it it would limit options but it would also eliminate the need to charge maximum amounts and then issue refunds. **What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is taking away the physical and mental labor of gifting to our clients. Our clients still receive a lovely holiday gift but all we had to do was send an email instead of choosing and ordering a gift, and distributing it ourselves. ### 39. As well, I loved that they were given an option to send me a Thank You, which I personally appreciated **What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?** At first I was a little put off because I was confused about how the shipping was estimated, which basically doubled the total amount charged to my card. However, it makes perfect business sense. I did have to put a two week time limit for my employees to make their selection in order to see any balance returned to my card. It's a simple interface that has a good variety of items for all groups to choose from. **What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?** The downside I've encountered is that you have to pay the max price up front, and then the difference is returned to you after 90 days. Getting the difference actually refunded to your purchase method is extremely difficult - we ultimately ended up leaving the credit in the account and using last year's credit for this year's gifting. **What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a broad base of employees across the country. Holiday gifting used to mean ordering bulk items, having them shipped to our headquarters location, and someone packing up orders and then shipping them out again. Gift items weren't always what the employee needed/wanted, and sometimes would go unused or build up in our store room. As an Administrator, having an automated email gift sent directly to each staff member saved lots of time. Customer Service was very responsive to all of my questions, and a sales representative emailed me directly to resolve any issues. **What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?** CorporateGift.com has yet to list clear instructions on how to process tax-exempt payments for non-profits and educational institutions. **What problems is CorporateGift.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** CorporateGift.com eliminated the need for me to find 1 gift that all staff would be satisfied with. Everyone has gotten excited about choosing from over 200+ products in the list, and some are blaming me for giving them too much freedom to choose. We are particularly fond of the feature that forces the gift recipient to enter their own address; we had been keeping track of staff moving to new addresses for the past 20 years. I personally enjoy being able to select my own gift because I know it is something I will enjoy rather than it being potentially wasted money by my employer. You never know who has nut allergies, has sensitive skin, doesn't like cookies (which would be crazy! :)), etc. **What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?** This isn't a dislike but a suggestion. For the option where I am sending a link to the employee directly, it would be nice to have a template that can be copied and pasted into an email to the employee.
