It helps our team manage our application pool for a full 360 hiring process. Its a software with a lot of features that definitely is helpful for recruiters

May take some time to learn every feature, but overall worth it

They were able to solve one of the most tedious part of hiring which is the job offer part - before we do it individually/per applicant ID. Now the software managed to have a feature called 'bulk hiring' where we can select multiple applicants to hire all at once

Flexibility of the application form. Can configure different recruitment processes depending on the job you are recruiting to. TalentLink tries to keep up with recruiting trends.

Developments can overlook that managers do not spend much time in recruitment software, there could be better processes for users who recruit very ad hoc.

Affordable recritment solution with the ability to add integrations and reduce administrative time. Keeps up to date with recruitment trends and adapted well during the pandemic.

Experience for candidates, navigation for recruiters and managers, Analytics reports, shortcuts in the menu.

Permissions and access cannot be controlled like in SABA Cloud.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Talentlink:**

Be very clear about the company's recruitment process, the permissions they want to grant, and the reports they want to obtain from the entire process to optimize time. Similarly, it is necessary to be very clear about all the fields that will be necessary when the candidate applies, and when the vacancy is opened by the manager, that can be reported.

Better tracking of each stage of the recruitment process. More agile process due to the reports obtained.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

This tool made it extremely easy to track our candidates. Firstly, with its customizable headings: these allowed you to choose things such as date of birth and/or university to be shown before viewing the applicants resume. In my role, I was recruiting for interns which meant they had to be in school. Between looking at the age and the school they were attending, I was able to already kindly reject the individuals who didn’t fit into the candidate profile by being in school. Absolutely a huge time saver!!
What was also a great aspect was being able to view comments regarding particulate candidates who had potentially applied at an earlier time for another role. Sometimes the notes from the earlier application were the deciding factors for whether a person would be considered or not for a role.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

The way I had to manually enter all of the job descriptions. At the time, I had to type everything in section by section. It would have been ideal to have a system where you could upload a word doc or pdf and have it build itself via the doc.

**What problems is Cornerstone Talentlink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When working with several recruiters in one office, Talentlink allowed us to not overlap one another. Should one individual apply for multiple roles, each recruiter could see this information and know whether they were already being processed for a particular role. This way we didn’t have the issue of two teams wanting one person.
Sometimes in a busy department, communication is lacking. This is where Talentlink is completely beneficial! Even on days where we didn’t speak with our team members, we could in a way trace their steps (role and candidate wise) and have an understanding of what was going on in their departments.

That you can see clearly all roles that candidates have applied for and how far they have progressed in each application in the past

Can be buggy and requires a lot of communication in a team of what your processes are for future reviews/audits to be consistent

I recommend - very intuitive and has a lot of room for growth

Makes easy to track when a candidate reapplies after they have been unsuccessful, saving time and money on pursuing a candidate that has already been deemed unsuitable

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Easy to take contact with their group in order to have a demo trial version in the early stage of our software selection project. After a a short video conference based on a well conducted webinar, we dediced to start with proving this tool. In the first steps we faced an ease of use mainly regarding the screening of the candidates' curriculum vitae and the way to organize them in a proper way, so that our hr team could have a better work approach. In fact we experimented a subdivision of work in our hr team where each colleague follow up on a specific serie or part of the curriculum vitae received and start to  perform a first screen between them. THis have been a good experiment and took to our company many feed backs that we used for enhancing this part f the process.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

During the screening of the curriculum vitae we faced with some little issues of visualization but they were very few and very marginal, so we can't complain about that. But the set of the element proposed is too tight to deeply help with our first level screening activity. In other words this software could be more decisive if they would enlarge the set of the element to focus on. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Talentlink:**

Well, it depends on the aim your company wants to reach. If the curriculum vitae flow is really huge as in ours wee need a wider set of tools to perform a more decisive first level screening activity.

For sure this software helped to have a better perspective of the huge amount of curriculum vitae that we daily and weekly receive. As previously said, we experimented another way of managing the curriculum vitae flow and their first screening. This activity takes many time but is vital to focus only on the candidates profiles that deserve our deep analysis and time for the interview.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Lumeesse has some good functionality and when compared to other ATS platforms seems to have alot more partnerships and integrations in place than many other platforms

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

The reason we moved away from Lumesse was primarily around system down time - there were occasionally (very occasionally, but that was enough!) when the system went down for a whole working day. The other issue was that the company was grown by acquisition so they seemed to have several code bases on the go rather than building out one cohesive platform.

**What problems is Cornerstone Talentlink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lumesse was a big step forward compared to the very basic ATS we had in place previously and as such I don't want to seem to negative because there were some positive around the system in terms of dealing the high volume hiring we were doing.

Strengths:  Multi-tenancy gives flexibility in multi-country or divisional structure where hierarchical relationships are required or separation of data is imperative. 

Strong language support for multi-country deployments

Workable professional services groups that work across the globe.  

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

UI isn't great, lacks many features that more modern ATS's have such as offer letter modules, sophisticated approval routing, advanced database search features and others.   

In many ways, it's a classic "old line" ATS that hasn't seen enough development in the last 5 years and has been surpassed by other systems with global ambitions.

Applicant tracking.  Multi-country has been good, but not strong enough for single-country solution.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Lumesse TalentLink's best feature is the ability to customize on an individual basis.  My dashboard can include whichever parameters I find most useful, and my colleagues can have their own unique layouts as well.  I like being able to tailor my homepage and add/remove apps and categories as needed. 

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Where to begin... This ATS was mandated to us by our parent company and we couldn't be more disappointed.  The only time we use TalentLink is for posting to our company website, but even that is a hassle because it is time consuming to comb through the resumes we receive within the platform.  There are so many clicks involved to actually view each candidate's resume and then change their application status that it becomes a frustrating and annoying process.  
Another problem is that the functions are inconsistent.  When my company rolled out this new software we were told that the system was a result of 2 previous iterations merging together, thus on one page you may be able to scroll down but on the other you must click a down arrow.  It is also necessary to enter the same information in numerous times from one page to another.  The details will only sometimes carry over.  If I have a requisition in Chicago, not only will it refrain from auto-populating the obvious information to follow (this position is located in the Illinois, this position is located in the United States) but you will also have to re-enter this information on the actual job advertisement page, which is a separate entity.  Speaking of which, updates made to a posting must be  manually entered into both the "advertisement" as well as the "requisition" page.  Why am I doubling my efforts here? There are far too many clicks and steps necessary to accomplish a simple task.  We dislike this system so much that we designed our own ATS in SharePoint so we wouldn't have to use it any more.

Please consider another ATS, this one is not worth the frustration.

**What problems is Cornerstone Talentlink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideally, this system would provide a central location to store candidate information, track the recruitment process, and report on the data.  The reporting function is particularly pathetic, as any attempt we've made to pull reports has resulted in a useless image of a graph.  It would be great to have more granular information that could be exported to Excel.  Perhaps this feature is somehow available, but the system is not at all user-friendly, so we have not yet discovered any such option.  To put this into perspective, I am a tech savvy person who has never had trouble figuring out how to perform these types of actions in other ATS's.

Implement a standardized global talent acquisition framework to support talent policies, global mobility and enable real-time reporting. HR had previously found it difficult to provide management with reporting on its efforts. 

IAMGOLD can now measure the ROI on efforts to promote its employee value proposition globally.

There are no surprises to managing candidates, it is very easy to control and inform them of how they are doing within the process.

How limiting some of the options can be.  Also maintaining the external website is not as easy to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Talentlink:**

Its a very friendly system and I enjoy using it and my collegues also agree with this statement.

Encouraging candidates to send us their Cv or complete an application form even if there is not a role for them currently.  CV Database helps to look after this group of people.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

I appreciate the app for my iPhone.  I use it when I'm not at work and it's much easier to use than the website.  I do have to screen resumes I like to save contact information, but it's the best way to use the product. 

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Everything.  I get notifications that "events" have occurred with my reqs, but I can't click them.  I can't decline candidates through the site.  I can't categorize applicants through the site.  I get logged out if I start working on another project on a different browser.  If I post a job on a different publisher, I have 2 different open jobs.   This is the worst ATS I've ever used.

Categorization of candidates needs to be improved.  Ability to easily post to several sites at once.

Collection of data would be ideal, but that's impossible with the site.  I've realized no beneifts except for the app.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Their ticketing system for raising Cases and Work Requests is pretty well put together. You can also raise ideas and have others promote your idea. Also their support personnel are pretty knowleadgeable about the product.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

I haven't had any updates to this product since I first started using it two and a half years ago (no new features , functionality , UI etc.). The current system that we use for tracking candidates kinda has a Windows 95 look on it. 

The "CV Search by keywords" functionality is more down than running and I really feel this is one area for improvement. Other systems have out-of-the box features like suggesting appropiate candidates to recruiters , something  that the current Lumesse product we use doesn't give us.

The Applicant Tracking System doesn't really give me the BI needs that I need. We are producing a lot of unstructured data right now that's not being analyzed. 

We did manage to get some leverage by integrating with 3rd party websites like LinkedIn. To a certain extent the system did help us increase our brand awareness although the current iFrame that we use doesn't really help on the UX side.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

iGRasp was at one time an extremely popular and easy to implement system. The system had an easy to navigate set of super user menus which made initial set up and changes relatively simple. iGRasp had a highly configurable requisition page which drove all the system reporting and activity.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Talentlink?**

Like any ATS, iGRasp releases struggled to keep up with the pace of modern day resourcing and so the system was largely replaced by Talentlink (Old Mr. Ted) due to its ease of integration with social media channels and improved reporting functionality.

**What problems is Cornerstone Talentlink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iGRasp was a system that you could depend on once set up. When using iGRasp we were looking to centralise recruitment into one Resourcing CoE within Europe for all Brands. iGRasp had to be able to deal with this with the job board feeds and our complicated branding requirements. All in all iGRasp allowed for us to reorganise our data to obtain more accurate data surrounding our recruiting function and the roles within it.
