They listen to their customers and are continually improving their software to meet the needs of the real world problems being worked on. They offer fantastic support and are very knowledgeable about their own program and how to integrate it into a wide variety of environments. **What do you dislike about Corepoint Integration Engine?** There could be better support for custom actions when encountering a particular type of data in a message. Action points are a licensed item, and usage of them can be confusing when starting out. **Recommendations to others considering Corepoint Integration Engine:** Contact the company and tell them you’d like to evaluate the software and services they provide. These useful features that are provided in Corepoint Integration Engine allow my organization and company to monitor the processes that we were able to custom create inside of Corepoint Integration Engine. We are able to log different events and transactions and then later search for those different events and transactions through the Corepoint Integration Engine application. **What do you dislike about Corepoint Integration Engine?** What I dislike about Corepoint Integration Engine is that sometimes it does take a long time for the Corepoint Integration Engine to load its interface. Corepoint Integration Engine uses a web user interface and for some unknown reason it takes longer than expected to load the web user interface. There are a lot of features in Corepoint Integration Engine and I believe most of them we do not even fully utilize. It is not necessarily a bad thing, but it does clutter the screen in Corepoint Integration Engine. **What problems is Corepoint Integration Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problem that we are solving with Corepoint Integration Engine is being able to monitor the different events and transactions, such as HL7 messages. We are able to review logs in Corepoint Integration Engine and the different events and transactions in Corepoint Integration Engine. The benefits that we have realized is that we can go back in time and review the logs from the different events and transactions within Corepoint Integration Engine.
