He gets issues resolved in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about Core Commissions?** Like anything, there are glitches. But Shane does a great job of getting them handled. **What problems is Core Commissions solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have made our commission process more timely and accurate. ### 3. We have a highly complex and dynamic pay structure and CORE has allowed us to house all our data, reporting, analytics and statements all in one place. **What do you dislike about Core Commissions?** I only dislike the learning curve in the beginning, it's a great tool but can seem a bit ""much" at first. **Recommendations to others considering Core Commissions:** Outside of them not currently having a user app, this is a product you will be very happy with. **What problems is Core Commissions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have allowed visibility to our Sales employees to our accounting data through reporting features assigned by function. We have also been able to provide all incentivize pay employees monthly attainment statements. ### 4. The ability to change info quarterly and code adjustments for time differences is perfect to keep up with the constantly changing trends! **What do you dislike about Core Commissions?** The response time on troubleshooting issues or help questions is 2 to 3 days and could be quicker! **Recommendations to others considering Core Commissions:** N/A **What problems is Core Commissions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily this tool has been most helpful for tracking sale payments of individuals and changes in trends.
