**What do you like best about Cool Life VDR?**

The support is very responsive and the staff extremely knowlegable.

**What do you dislike about Cool Life VDR?**

In the begining it was hard to track, but they added the CRM to our platform . Great addition.

**What problems is Cool Life VDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a Not-for-Profit, our volunteer board changes. We now have no challenges. in document access. We also keep all filing, minutes, and corporate documents and give permission to new volunteers.
