It helps us stay compliant with European law and also identify all the cookies running on our site. When you integrate marketing, analytics, and other tools into your site—and you have to do it—it becomes difficult to keep manual evidence of everything that’s running there. The platform is straightforward to use and simple to implement. Once it was set up, I haven't needed to spend much time monitoring it. Additionally, there is plenty of documentation available for setup and integration with GTM, which makes the process even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The relationship between Usercentrics and Cookiebot is quite confusing, especially since they operate on separate platforms. Having to log in to different accounts to address various issues makes the process unnecessarily complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Cookiebot by Usercentrics makes it easy for me to know which cookies to activate and which not to, which helps in managing my websites. Cookiebot adapted very quickly to the changes that were happening at lightning speed. What did I like most about it? The fact that all those complicated legal regulations, implementations, adjustments, etc. were easy peasy lemon squeezy with Cookiebot! Cookiebot had a simple, intuitive, and uncomplicated CMP control panel. The banner configuration was extremely simple and allowed you to immediately preview the actual appearance of the designed banner, and the most difficult part—the implementation—was easy to carry out thanks to the very comprehensive and extensive support, which not only included instructions but also answers to various questions. In summary, integrating Cookiebot with the website using Google Tag Manager was not a major problem. In terms of frequency, there were months when we carried out over several hundred implementations. Currently, unfortunately, the topic has quietened down a bit and there are significantly fewer implementations, so I visit the panel much less often, but there isn't a month when I'm not available on it. What I disliked most about Cookiebot was the change in the billing method—first, the number of subpages was changed, then, as expected, the prices followed suit, which in turn were adjusted after a short period of time to the new billing method, which was no longer based on subpages, but on the number of sessions, which are much more difficult to calculate. The old method allowed you to find out clearly, quickly, and transparently what the costs of implementing CMP would be. I'm glad that Cookiebot has returned to this, but these frequent changes have certainly caused the loss of many customers... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin interface could be more intuitive — managing several domains sometimes feels cumbersome. Reports are informative but could provide clearer summaries for management-level insights. Also, the pricing model scales quickly when adding multiple domains, which might not be ideal for large organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Cookiebot by Usercentrics is easy to integrate and visually adaptable to the company's corporate design. I can easily integrate the color scheme with color codes, and the design of the popup window fits well into the overall concept. I also find it great that it requires little ongoing effort. With my existing basic knowledge, I was able to set it up easily and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
