# How do you manage extra emails from Cookiebot by Usercentrics while keeping consent capture smooth?

We’ve found Cookiebot by Usercentrics easy to use and cost effective, and it helps us ensure consent is captured properly. The main downside is getting a lot of emails about other stuff, and they’re not always useful. Have others run into the same issue, and how do you handle the extra emails without missing anything important?
