What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

I like Cookiebot by Usercentrics because it offers an easy setup and customization with powerful features. It allows me to get started quickly with a pre-built template or take advantage of extensive customization options, making it easy to match my branding and provide my audience with key information to build trust and achieve legal compliance. What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

I find Cookiebot by Usercentrics quite simple to use once it's set up. The direct integration with Google Tag Manager is brilliant. Once I got the hang of the regional settings, it became fairly straightforward to use and it's also nice that it's easy to style/brand. The direct integration with Google Tag Manager makes it very straightforward to ensure that tags only fire when the user has given the correct consent. It's definitely a simpler method compared to our previous custom implementation, allowing us to set the levels of access for different scripts and tags on our site. I like that Cookiebot by Usercentrics is so easy to use and not complicated at all, which is important for our small team without extensive technical expertise. It meets all our needs and have never had an issue. I appreciate the customer service, especially when we first signed up; a representative kindly gave us a discount because we are a non-profit CIC, which helped us allocate our limited resources better. What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

I use Cookiebot by Usercentrics as a cookie management tool for our website, and I like that it is quite easy to use. Most of the work can be done without a specific technical background. I also appreciate the layout customization feature, which allows the cookie management banner to look like a part of the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

We keep having issues with scan reports. Some of the cookies are not automatically attributed correctly and a report with a note that prior consent is not fully enabled returns. The current price is rather high for one website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Cookiebot by Usercentrics is not invasive on the site side and is very customizable in its appearance. The translation is also well done and very well localized. The installation via WordPress was very easy and intuitive, practically a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
