It also has an easy interface and is very accessible. **What do you dislike about Randstad?** Unfortunately not all positions are very clearly explained and thus sending the application via Randstad is often misleading as we never hear back from them and it makes us disappointed. **Recommendations to others considering Randstad:** I would advise people to not get their hopes up regarding many of the jobs offered that may no longer be available of have specific requirements that aren't told. Other than that, Randstad employees always try to halo you find a position. **What problems is Randstad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding a job is always a difficult task and whenever I'm needing to find a job or move to a better position I consult Randstad to try to find it. ### 2. Apart from that you are kept on top list of the recruiters after an interaction with them. It is actually very helpful platform when it comes to recruiting l, staffing or outsourcing jobs. **What do you dislike about Randstad?** The job role describes may not be exactly what is being mentioned by the recuriter. What seems to be a good fit may require something else when proceeded with the interview. **Recommendations to others considering Randstad:** It is a helpful platform and the recruiting is easier but clarify the roles and the needs upfront as the interview with a manager may be different from what recruiter mentioned. **What problems is Randstad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helpful tool in recruitment, staffing and Human Resources line of work as it shares good solutions for jobs, be it permanent or temporary jobs. We basically have been using it for outsourcing our recruitment process. **What do you dislike about Randstad?** Nothing specific, very helpful as of yet. **Recommendations to others considering Randstad:** Go in blindly while egtting in contract with them as they provide A1 manpower. **What problems is Randstad solving and how is that benefiting you?** Randstad has helped our organisation greatly by providing qulaity manpower assistance in key areas of business. We were initially short staffed and were facing trouble in setting up a quality recruitment process. This problem has been greatly streamlined by Randstad. ### 4. Randstad created a relatively easy process as I was looking to identify positions that are of interest. After uploading a resume, the staffing consultant immediately reached out to see if the position was the right fit. **What do you dislike about Randstad?** Even though the customer service is superb compared to other employment agencies, there seems to be a disconnect between the staff and employer. When I interviewed with the hiring manager the position did not seem as great a fit for me as discussed with the recruiter. **What problems is Randstad solving and how is that benefiting you?** The recruiter has kept in contact with me and kept me abreast of new listings I may be interested in. I appreciate Randstad for their hard work and dedication. It makes things so much easier as I continue looking for my next big role. ### 5. The account manager that I worked with was quick to respond to job inquiries, and his team of recruiters were knowledgable in the tech industry. They submitted candidates within a short amount of time and helped walk candidates through the process. We did hire some of their contractors over the one year while I was at Northern Trust. **What do you like best about Randstad?** Submitted quality candidates within the tech field (software engineers) Professional and courteous Quick to respond to calls/emails Good follow up Provided good candidate experience during interview process **What do you dislike about Randstad?** At times, they were stretched thin with other clients and were not able to submit on all of the roles that we would provide them. Their bill rates were generally near the top of our other suppliers. **Recommendations to others considering Randstad:** Get to know their team who will be supporting your hiring needs. Find out exactly who the main points of contact are, as well as how many recruiters will be supporting your needs.
