What do you like best about Randstad?

What do you dislike about Randstad?

Unfortunately not all positions are very clearly explained and thus sending the application via Randstad is often misleading as we never hear back from them and it makes us disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Randstad:

I would advise people to not get their hopes up regarding many of the jobs offered that may no longer be available of have specific requirements that aren't told. Other than that, Randstad employees always try to halo you find a position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Randstad solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Randstad?

As I said it helps find suitsble roles be it full time or part time jobs. Apart from that you are kept on top list of the recruiters after an interaction with them.

Randstad has helped our organisation greatly by providing qulaity manpower assistance in key areas of business. What do you like best about Randstad?

Randstad trains all of their recruiting experts to ensure that they understand how to properly place candidates in positions that will benefit on participating parties. Randstad created a relatively easy process as I was looking to identify positions that are of interest. After uploading a resume, the staffing consultant immediately reached out to see if the position was the right fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Randstad?

Even though the customer service is superb compared to other employment agencies, there seems to be a disconnect between the staff and employer. When I interviewed with the hiring manager the position did not seem as great a fit for me as discussed with the recruiter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Randstad solving and how is that benefiting you?

I worked with the Randstad team during my time as a client relationship specialist at Beeline, onsite at Northern Trust. The account manager that I worked with was quick to respond to job inquiries, and his team of recruiters were knowledgable in the tech industry. They submitted candidates within a short amount of time and helped walk candidates through the process. We did hire some of their contractors over the one year while I was at Northern Trust. Get to know their team who will be supporting your hiring needs. Find out exactly who the main points of contact are, as well as how many recruiters will be supporting your needs.
