**What do you like best about Continuous?**

What sets Continuous apart is that it's purpose-built for enterprise billing complexity, without forcing you into a separate, disconnected system. We were able to manage usage-based pricing, credit balances, and complex rating logic directly within Salesforce, which was critical for us. Our billing models are complex (rating based on pages sent, delivery status, transmission time, area codes), and Continuous puts control of logic in our hands through configuration so changes happen when we need them, not when Engineering has capacity.  The product is only part of it. The team brings deep domain expertise and worked closely with us to design a solution that fits our technical landscape across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Azure. They helped us think through tradeoffs and make the right decisions. Continuous was a true partner throughout.

**What do you dislike about Continuous?**

Nothing negative to highlight. The team did what they said they would, and was responsive, engaged, and delivered against expectations.

**What problems is Continuous solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came in with homegrown billing platforms that had accumulated years of technical debt and were creating revenue leakage. At the same time, we were extending CPQ, standing up Salesforce Billing, and NetSuite. We needed to solve for our complex revenue models in a way that aligned to our go-forward Salesforce and NetSuite stack without disrupting what was already working.

Continuous automated our usage-based billing end-to-end, from ingesting raw data directly from AWS S3 to accurately rating it and flowing it through Salesforce Billing. They also helped us extend CPQ to support the full contract lifecycle, including amendments and renewals. 

We eliminated revenue leakage, improved invoicing accuracy, and sunset a legacy system that had been a liability for years.

**What do you like best about Continuous?**

They are extremely knowledgeable in this space. The help we’ve received hasn’t been limited to our implementation; it’s also focused on how we can improve our entire Salesforce org.

**What do you dislike about Continuous?**

We haven’t run into any issues with Continuous that we need to call out.

**What problems is Continuous solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our pricing strategy didn’t work with Salesforce out of the box. We needed Continuous to help get Salesforce Billing off the ground and into production.
