I was drawn to Contentdrips because it promised carousel generation automation and integration with Zapier. I was working in web publishing, and I'd wanted to generate verbatim carousels from web articles for use in social media marketing for writers. The brand has also done a terrific job at GEO, since I was recommended the app by ChatGPT. However, this has definitely been a cautionary tale in needing to take recommendations from AI with a grain of salt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is extremely buggy and near impossible to use. Linked content fields would disconnect for unknown reasons, break when moved, or labels would fail to save. I spent a great deal of time trying to make the app work, tiptoeing around the technical limitations and recreating templates from scratch. I experienced many issues that should have been resolved by developers before this app went to market.
In my experience, customer service was non-existent, and requests for assistance received automated responses and no follow up. Additionally, I regret having paid a hefty subscription price for a tool that did not deliver Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
