**What do you like best about ContactWise?**

Queue Management, Skill-Based Routing, Priority Queuing and Real Time Adjustments to reduce the call waiting time.

**What do you dislike about ContactWise?**

Few Intergration issues when integrating with workflow related applications.

**What problems is ContactWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major benefit is the Centralized Data Management with Data security as it is helping in the improvement of team colloboration and decision making

**What do you like best about ContactWise?**

ContactWise helps us in managing the contacts at a large scale in an organized manner with advanced features such as call routing and call analytics and also we love its dashboarding feature.

**What do you dislike about ContactWise?**

Its integration to different workflows app is not great and it needs improvement here. Also they need to improve their customer support service which takes a lot of time to get back to the queries.

**What problems is ContactWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ContactWise is helpful and infact today all the sales calls are routed through contact wise. One very notable functionality which has helped us improve the conversion rates as well is their call analytics feature through which we have been able to address and convert more prospects than before. Their interactive and customized IVR system also helps us maintain the entire flow.

**What do you like best about ContactWise?**

Contactwise CRM holds all your client data in one convenient location. It implements with ease and is a safe secure go to spot for all operating data.

**What do you dislike about ContactWise?**

It's not the most fancy user experience But it works!

**What problems is ContactWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all info in one location makes it easy when on the phone with that client. 
Cuts down on time on the phone.
Confidence in that you have all the most up to date info readily available.

Hosting onsite versus cloud can be complicated
