**What do you like best about ContactWise CRM?**

Very easy and simple to use. Its workflows to manage processes and send reminders is a very good feature. Integration with other platforms.

**What do you dislike about ContactWise CRM?**

Project management is not so good. and its customer service is terrible.

**What problems is ContactWise CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use connectwise for managing client servicing desk tickets. We also use it for billing time and for IT projects and as a CRM system.

**What do you like best about ContactWise CRM?**

The best part is to create custom detailed reports from within ContactWise CRM and the ability to instantly access your live ContactWise CRM database while on the road with MobileCRM.

**What do you dislike about ContactWise CRM?**

Not so far, we are exploring it and didn't find any dislike for this product.

**What problems is ContactWise CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As for now the solution helps store client information, send bulk emails to customers, and monitor clients' data reports.

Provides impeccable service in our healthcare product in managing customer relations.

**What do you dislike about ContactWise CRM?**

I think no cons so far - might be some pricing but some features justify it.

Keep the pace of innovation and development.

Relationships with UK based Healthcare partner - managing all documents, emails, and portfolios.
