**What do you like best about contactbase?**

ContactBase visualizes my contact list. It helps to create relationships between my contacts creating a hierachy. It makes it easier to identify who in my address list is best suited for a given purpose. It saves me time and introduces a high level of efficiency to managing my contacts.

**What do you dislike about contactbase?**

I would like to see more features, interoperability as well as more productivity features introduced.

**What problems is contactbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contactbase helps me to organize my Contact base in a manner that makes it easy for me visualize them and match them to specific sales goals and objectives. It improves prospecting and increases the chances of closing sales.

**What do you like best about contactbase?**

Its provides a seamless experience for creating org charts effortlessly. Notebly, the ability to add relationships is a fantastic bonus, introducing a new dimension to the charts that sets it apart from others I have encountered.

**What do you dislike about contactbase?**

The maps on your phone and tablet cannot be used interchangeably.

**What problems is contactbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with the help of the Contactbase. generating charts that illustrate sales opportunities and describe the people I'm collaborating with has become incredibly simple and efficient.
