**What do you like best about ConSol*CM?**

I enjoyed just being surrounded by people who were experts in the field and wanted to help out. Just being a help overall and really enjoying to learn it from what was offered.

**What do you dislike about ConSol*CM?**

How long it was in a time period and not spaced out enough? Just a lot of information being thrown at once and you forget a lot of it overtime. Just maybe making an more efficient way.

**What problems is ConSol*CM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping with a skill that is very important in the work force and just opening your eyes to another view that you might not have seen before. Just helps overall to keep the ball rolling.

**What do you like best about ConSol*CM?**

The platform was extremely helpful to track the steps of an inquiry. Knowing the status was super helpful!
I love the feature that it is cloud-based, you can log in from anywhere,

**What do you dislike about ConSol*CM?**

The only item that bothered me was that it could not be intergrated with our CRM system. We use HUbspot and it is a pain point,

**What problems is ConSol*CM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem we had was managing every complaint or question or inquiry we had and if it was resolved or not.
