It allows us to communicate and show our analysis work to each other, all in one place. It keeps our projects organized, as we have so many of them going on at one time, or projects we need to often refer back to at a later date. It is a great tool for transciption and analysis, leaving the team to connect the dots on the most important insights, and oragnize the way we want to storytell to our stakeholders or clients. ### 2. So far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. This tool has made my analysis and transcription for qualitative research so much less stressful for me. The ability to review multiple files at a time with ease has been a huge time saver, and the simple user interface was a breath of fresh air compared to other tools I have tested recently, it was extremely easy to navigate through the tool on my first go around. The integrated transcription feature is spot on , transcribing audio and video with total accuracy. I compared a set of interviews that had already been transcribed by me a couple months previous, and they matched perfectly. As someone new to AI theming, I was excited to see how it integrates into my workflow, finding insights I may have not considered before. CoNote has made complex tasks feel simple, and organized, and its compatibility with Zoom and Google Drive has made my life that much easier. I'm excited to explore more features as they develop. There are so many AI tools out there right now, and CoNote has proven itslef to be one of the best out there for qualitative research analysis- it is easy to use, has all the right features, and helps with the time consuming tasks we all endure. Looking out for cool new features as they come about. **What problems is CoNote solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always need my insights organized and accessible, CoNote really nails this. Whenever I need to refer back to a specific project, there it is, I can find it easily and retrace my analysis and notes created in CoNote. It is extremely beneficial that CoNote actually understand what researchers need out of a day to day tool. I like the differnet package options, making it really flexible to pay as I go or if I don't have a new project right away, I can still access my old projects without losing money on a monthly subscription. ### 3. So much of the leg work CoNote does puts me ahead of my timeline, leaving me extra hours to find insights for my projects and to look at the overall picture of the keywords and themes CoNote has pulled out. **What do you dislike about CoNote?** Nothing so far, it will be neat to see some added features in the future. **What problems is CoNote solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoNote is helping me organize my projects, find keywords and themes throughout my research, and share my insights with my team members, keeping everything in one place. It has saved me so much time that I would have spent getting my interviews transcribed, and reviewing the interviews to find my own themes and keyword.. CoNote easily integrated with Zoom and Google Drive for me to upload my interviews quickly. The benefits to this tool as a researcher are extremely impactful on my day to day workload. CoNote.ai has amazing features to quickly transcribe and analyze my research interviews. The user interface is easy to use, and allows me to work effortlessly through my interviews and transcripts rather than getting frustrated with the tool itself (which has happened to me more frequently than not while trying out new tools for research lately). The Google Drive and Zoom integration is simple, and I can upload many interviews at one time without issue. CoNote.ai really stands out to me because of the AI theming feature, it is spot on and accurate, which was one of my main concerns. It is easy to see the accuracy of the transcription and analysis- when you click through your highlights in the transcript, the associated video snippet queues automatically for you! Press play, and hear the highlight, reviewing your video/audio interviews with focus (not stress!). It is a great perk knowing I can bookmark, combine, and present multiple video snippets with ease- that is extremely beneficial for me- I like to showcase my research findings with actual quotes from the users. There is team sharing, as well as easily generated custom charts and slide creation for stakeholders or team presentations. This is an all in one tool for qualitative research analysis, definitely making a big difference on the research scene! **What do you dislike about CoNote?** So far it has met my expectations, I look forward to seeing what features are added in the future. **What problems is CoNote solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoNote.ai is helping me with several of the time consuming layers in my research analysis- from transcription to organization of my hightlights, and the accuracy in the AI theming has really elevated my research analysis to a whole new level. The AI engine is remarkarbly good at organizing a messy interview in these more digestible ways. I especially love the feature that highlights relevant excerpts related to a given topic and lets you see exactly what was said, when, and in what context. CoNote speeds up the process of understanding a human conversation on a holistic level while *also* making it easier to zero in on the nitty-gritty details. It's an invaluable tool that I will be using as my starting point whenever I have to draw insights from an audio or video file. Cannot recommend it to other people who do qualitative research highly enough. **What do you dislike about CoNote?** Nothing comes to mind, aside from even better refinement on the theme identification. It's a great tool, and I'm excited to see what features and capabilities they will add. CoNote now removes 75% of this time -- the auto theming, the ease of searcing transcripts for particular topics, etc. I also love the bookmark feature to pull my highlights together in one place. **What do you dislike about CoNote?** CoNote has said they are continuing to add features. I would love to see an auto summary per transcript that I input (right now I only see a summary for all transcripts on a project). **What problems is CoNote solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is really difficult to wade through hours and hours of video or audio files for insights. I used to be hundreds or thousands of dollars to transcribe them -- CoNote does this included. Then I would need to figure out the key insights -- CoNote is massive shortcut to doing this. I use their AI theming a lot. And when that is a little off, I highlight my own text. ### 7. User Interview Analysis... I hate using tools with a lot of clutter and noise. CoNote is designed with user researchers in mind. It's eliminated distractions and lets you focus on what you do best: Analysis. But what I truly love about the tool is how you can set goals, and the built-in AI will search through the video interviews you've uploaded and find those key themes faster than I ever could. You can also see the speaker's sentiment and click on areas in the transcript where the AI has highlighted key themes and review them and re-watch that portion of the interview. You can even make edits directly in the platform and build quick and digestible summaries/reports for stakeholders. In a nutshell, CoNote speeds up the process, so you can turn findings into action faster and accelerate your journey to creating an MVP. Plus, you can go back and revisit interviews for future iterations and get ideas on where to focus your next round of research. **What do you dislike about CoNote?** So far, I haven't found anything I dislike. I'm excited to see what features CoNote will release next. I'd also love to see more resources on the CoNote site about how user researchers and others users like content strategist (like myself) can use CoNote for max impact. **What problems is CoNote solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a content strategist. I interview a ton of people to learn about their experiences with products and services. I also conduct numerous 1:1 case studies. Sometimes, I have HOURS of video to sort through, not to mention my MANY other responsibilities (of my day-to-day). CoNote SIGNIFICANTLY cuts the time I spend pouring over transcripts. What used to take days (sometimes weeks) now takes a few hours. The AI highlights keywords and phrases based on the three goals I set. I can read the transcript and watch user interview videos in one place. I used to lose focus constantly toggling between systems and platforms, but with CoNote, everything's in one place. Thanks to the tool's built-in AI, transcript, and sentiment analysis, I've also saved money by eliminating redundant tools. But what I love most is the amount of time I've saved finding key nuggets and how EASY it is to report insights to my stakeholders with this tool. I'm relieved that I no longer have to switch between multiple platforms or use multiple tools to summarize user research. CoNote also helped me consistently keep my delivery team informed about how our customers feel and what features/services they find valuable or need improvement so that they can adjust their offerings and approach. Time. Time. It takes a lot of enerdy to sit through user testing recordings. Sure transcription saves time but analysis is where the real time is spent.
