**What do you like best about Connex Cloud Switch?**

“We have been using ConnexCS as the switching / LCR platform for our Yeastar hosted PBX platform for over two years now and I can highly recommend both the switch and the company. I personally  have been involved in telecoms for over 40 years and have been  involved in VoIP almost since its early commercial implantations. We have found the Connex switch extremely flexible thus allowing us to perform complex manipulations and blocking on both the customer and carrier side which ensures that origin based surcharging and varying sending format requirements  from carriers is no longer an issue. In addition to the reliability of the switch I would also say that the support is exceptional with both configuration questions and requests for change dealt with in a speedy and friendly manner. I have recommended Connex to three of my industry colleagues all of who now use the platform as their main switch.”

**What do you dislike about Connex Cloud Switch?**

No downsides so far other than documentation a bit wooley sometimes
