What do you like best?

Very easy to use once a customer has been set up. Simple to just forward the PO over to Conexiom via email without even worrying about it. You also get the email notifications letting you know if a PO has been processed or if there was an issue with it. I also like the fact that if you forget you sent over a PO and try to send it over again, it will not process because it will tell you it is a duplicate PO. I do not have much practice with actually doing much in the actual portal but when I have, it's been very easy to find what you need and there is also the help section that is very thorough. It will help with a lot of questions if you might something to come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Starting out with a new customer to map. I have not had much practice with the mapping part so I guess that is why I don't understand that part of the process yet. Also, trying to get our system and the Conexiom system to work together at first is a little difficult but that is why we have our IT department to look into any issues that may cause the system not to read the files. Once everything is set up, it runs smoothly and I don't worry about it like I have to for my regular EDI customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Orders are getting entered faster and are more accurate than manual order entry. This has really eliminated orders not getting entered on time. Also with more accuracy such as shipping to the correct location, the correct dates the customer needs them shipped out, order quantities, no duplication of PO order entry and part numbers are correct. Sometimes even when you use copy & paste from the POs for manual order entry, you can still get the lines mixed up and enter in wrong information. All of this not only helps us in customer service to be able to spend more time on other projects but it helps the customer know that their orders are taken care of in a timely manner and the order is being entered correctly as well. What do you like best?

Conexiom has been able to map any type of layout or setup that our customers send to us. Indeed, sometimes I have been able to use a template and simply modify for each new customer. Whenever there is a question or an issue, I email the Customer Support person and she responds quickly to answer my question or resolve any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing difficult about using Conexiom. They make it easy and their customer support is the best. Occasionally there is a miscommunication with the mapping team, but those have always been easily corrected and the mappers have done an excellent job, especially with some complex document layouts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Conexiom has eliminated the need for our accounting people to manually enter and process invoices. Our inside sales people no longer need to manually enter purchase orders into our system. They are notified that there is a new bid in our system, and they simply review and flip to become an order. What do you like best?

The quick response time from account mgr. It makes my job much easier and efficient when I get responses in a timely manner from the account manager and the mapping team. I really like how they can manipulate a purchase order in any format I want to make sure the order entry goes into our system as it normally would if an inside sales person was manually entering the order.

Last takeaway is the amount of time my team is saving by not having to manually enter orders. I was skeptical at first but this really does save my team a ton of time. For example, we have a customer that sends in 10-15 POs a day for order entry and 90% of these orders are going through Conexiom and processing the orders automatically instead of the rep manually entering them. What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike about this. We speak weekly with the Conexiom team to go along with daily emails back and forth. The communication is the biggest thing I take away from using Conexiom as they are able to treat me like their only customer.

If I had to choose a dislike, it would be to improve the turnaround time from mapping to validation required steps. Other than that, everything is being done very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They can literally map anything i need. We use various scenarios by customer and Conexiom is able to accommodate literally anything.

The problems we are solving is giving our inside sales team more time to put towards other aspects of their role instead of manually entering orders.

The benefits I have realized is that amount of time being saved by not entering these orders manually. Not only is it saving time, but it prevents us from making mistakes such as entering the wrong PO number or entering the wrong quantity or part number. When this happens, it creates a lot more work and customers will refuse to pay their bill as we do not have a valid PO number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Flexibility, 100% accuracy, ability to build in business rules allowing touchless order processing, intuitive and user friendly interface, various alerts informing users on exceptions and errors, quick onboarding new accounts and very good and responsive helpdesk. What do you like best?

The most helpful about Conexiom is the ease at which sales orders flow through the web portal and automatically update the results in our ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the Conexiom portal responds a little slow. Not sure if it is my internet connection speed or the processing time for Conexiom to update all the data fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use customers with the highest daily sales order volume first to get the highest ROI.

Assure your customers have clean, readable, text documents for submission to the Conexiom portal. Test each new customer account with a minimum of 4 order documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The project has not been fully completed, but the collective feedback from our customer service team has been very positive in terms of the time saved on entering orders manually and the accuracy of orders for those accounts currently in the live environment. What do you like best?

We use Conexiom for convert customer purchase order into ERP system, they did a very good job. Their technology is advanced. They are able to extract data from customer's digital version pdf file, and map into the file which automatically be able to import into our ERP system. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

While having many business rules kept and maintained on Conexiom's side saves a lot of hassle for a customers, it also makes it difficult to transition to a different solution in the future, as those need to be re-build / transitioned into the new platform. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I dislike the mapping process. The mapping team does not understand our business and customers; which requires us provide very detailed map requests and extensive testing. I would prefer to have a designated mapper(s) that we can work with to expedite requests and duplicate similar customer maps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
