The accuracy of character recognition was 100% I would say. cos so for we have implemented we haven't got even a single error. Even if need to change the mapping on the character we need to submit the mapping and the customer support team along with mapping will do the mapping in a very short span of time so that there iwll be no delay in processing the orders. The other advantage is there are very flexible to integrate with other systems, then can connect with SAP CPI or SAP PI or even with other integrating applications. As they are cloud base it will process the PO/Emails in as quick as possible and deliver the data to SAP and in SAP it will process the order **What do you dislike about Conexiom Digital Order Capture for SAP Solutions?** There is nothing to dislike I would say, cos all the customer-facing teams were quite helpful with lots of options. Even if there is any issues or downtime there are very responsive to solve the issues. And I would say there is nothing to dislike **What problems is Conexiom Digital Order Capture for SAP Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is no problems when we integrate Conexiom with SAP(PI/CPI), Conexiom technical team was very knowledgeable and they have many options to think of it.
