
I use Condo Control as a Board Director and an owner, and I find it great for announcements, service requests, and general discussions. It's essential for community communications, especially while undergoing a 3-year major renovation. The customer service is amazing. When I have a question, I can call and actually get a person to answer and assist almost immediately. A real person answers, accesses the information, and helps personally, either by troubleshooting or walking me through the issue and solving it, which is rare these days. It's also beneficial for board members because there are private areas that general users cannot access. Overall, it's great for resource management and referencing.
