We use it for managing and publishing our product configurationss.

The hierarchical structure of the datasets make it more convenient to work with.

Need more visualisation options. The tool is great but needs some optimisation.

Componize CCMS helps us to produce multilingual integrated DITA structured documentation for TopSolid software, from user's guides to training guides, tutorials etc.
Effective ROI for a better management

**What do you dislike about Componize DITA CCMS?**

Previewing the result of transforming (especially in PDF) information is still poor (page break is tricky)
Price based per user is expensive
Heavy migration to plan as we have many Word based contents

The most helpful feature of Componize is link management features, including flagging unresolved links and automatic link rewriting when moving or renaming documents.

**What do you dislike about Componize DITA CCMS?**

Alfresco share GUI is robust but a bit outdated.

**What problems is Componize DITA CCMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access right management, content versioning and release management.
It can be seamlessly connected with 3rd party tools like XML editors or publishing tools.
Productivity improvement and streamlining content production.

Mazor problem is not easy to use at initial level. Also getting problem with verious integration.
