**What do you like best about ComplianceHR?**

It allows businesses to manage difficult issues, such as repeat changing employment when dealing with the recruitment and management from different states and countries. I had a really good experience.

Its perfect there's nothing to dislike about it.

**What problems is ComplianceHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR controls and verifies regulations step-by-step and provides the necessary response.

Benefits are:-

With this I'll save my time and  I don't overlook any essential requirements or updates. I can depend on ComplianceHR to provide correct and recent 
 information and also by generate documentation, It's saving me from the trouble of researching California's difficult laws and attempting to create the policies. This removes the possibility of problems and allow me to confidently maintain compliance without engaging in legal research.

It keeps you up to date on the most recent legislation and HR regulations.

I don't really have any downsides.  It's very helpful!

**What problems is ComplianceHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Up to date legislation!  I use it to stay aware of the vaccination mandate!
