Great software for a great price! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2020 **What do you like best about CompleteFTP?** Great interface, easy to install (and has a function to import settings from FileZilla FTP, which was very nice), and supports multiple file-sharing protocols. The price is also very reasonable, and the sales team was great at answering questions. I am so far really impressed with CompleteFTP :-) **What do you dislike about CompleteFTP?** I had to re-enter the passwords after I imported the FileZilla configuration - which makes sense, since the passwords were encrypted. The only issue regardins this, is that I didn't get a message about it, so I found out by testing the logins myself. Not a huge issue, and it was easily resolved (and only relevant in the initial installation/importing process). **Recommendations to others considering CompleteFTP:** As another reviewer said: it is not the biggest name in the business, but it is sure worth it to give it a shot. **What problems is CompleteFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a single software endpoint to handle FTPS and SFTP connections with customers. There is also more functions in the software that we haven't tested out yet. ### 2. An excellent program suitable for both small and large companies as it is easily customizable according to one's needs. For the initial stages, there is also a complete help screen with various messages that guide you step by step in the initial use of the program. A very useful tool in the office has proven to be the authentication protocol management option. **What do you dislike about CompleteFTP?** The standard FTP version, which is more economical, has many shortcomings compared to the other two professional and enterprise versions, especially regarding SSH access and the lack of performance graph visualization. I would have preferred some extra features in the basic version of this program. **Recommendations to others considering CompleteFTP:** Try to download the free version, then I recommend upgrading to the complete version as it has an acceptable cost, or switch to the professional version at the cost of 399 USD. **What problems is CompleteFTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The data connection saving function is obviously very useful for saving a lot of time, especially when dealing with many sites to manage. The program also works quickly on Windows without any problems. With a great processor, it has never happened to us that it would freeze or slow down. It also handles many simultaneous connections very well, which is poorly supported by other competing programs. ### 3.
