**What do you like best about Complaints Management System?**

I guess one thing I enjoyed most about this software is the simplicity of the software. The user-interfac eof the system is very easy to understand and navigate and it also makes the process of managing complains and claims very fast.

**What do you dislike about Complaints Management System?**

The only thing I found dissatisfaction is the existence of some technical problems with installation at the beginning, but the technical support team is very responsive, and all the problems are solved less than half an hour. The customer support service was friendly at all times, ready to assist me and ensure it had dealt with my problems.

**What problems is Complaints Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This specific software has enabled me to address all the problems sufficiently, and track all the complaints and claims we receive in the company. Furthermore, special and quite handy are, for instance, the customization of the company’s reports and the creation of automated templates, which has highly benefited our performance.
