Monitor and analyze direct marketing activity of our competitors for client acquisition.

**What do you like best about Competiscan?**

Easy search to get the desired info; comprehensive database with actual images and data about each campaign; email alerts with links to what the key competitors are doing; very responsive account managers

**What do you dislike about Competiscan?**

Not really a dislike, but I would like a better filter based on the campaign type (acquisition, retention, etc)

**Recommendations to others considering Competiscan:**

Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need a more complex report. They are very responsive and go above and beyond to deliver it.

The in depth collection from around the web that competiscan provides.

Sometimes the information it collects is not very useful. Can be, but sometimes it feels extraneous.

**Recommendations to others considering Competiscan:**

Take advantage of saved search functionality to save yourself time - especially if you will be a frequent user and partner with competiscan.

**What problems is Competiscan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Competitive intel and not having to use man hours to locate and find the information competiscan keeps an eye on.
