Compaira creates a behaviour profile based on recruiter's inputs and matches prospective candidates who have the same attributes. Creating such a profile is as well easy as adding hashtags to a social media post, here you add keywords.
-Interactive dashboard gives a complete insight of all published job openings with a clickable count of each category.

No dislikes as far as the software functionality is concerned. It would be a lot better if they could launch a dedicated app for Android and iPhone, currently we can open the application using a web browser on mobile phones but a lot of UI such as the candidate competency Matrix gets truncated & is difficult to use.
