**What do you like best about Compaira?**

-Compaira uses Artificial Intelligence to match the clients against the requirements as opposed to humans shuffling the resumes.
-Hiring manager can enter keywords (similar to social media hashtags), the candidates are also required to enter such keywords during profile creation.
-Intuitive reports: Compaira generates a matrix of matching candidates with green cells indicating a responsibility match.
-For hiring the apt candidates a 'fit score' is generated (AI-based) against the finalized candidates list.

**What do you dislike about Compaira?**

-Highly expensive license plan, not suitable for smaller businesses.
-Product has a learning curve and there's a lack of documentation.
-Support team responses are hours late.
-There's no mobile app for the hiring manager.

**What problems is Compaira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require a platform that covers the entire hiring workflow & the onboarding as well. Compaira provides E2E hiring & onboarding assistance with some great AI technology that's refreshing to see in the hiring world.
