Rather than having separate programs and spreadsheets for various aspects of our business (memberships, programs, invoices, rentals, etc), Communal has it all. Having it online means our staff always have the same, up-to-date information, and we are now more modern and user-friendly for our members and customers. **What do you dislike about Communal?** We haven't encountered any dislikes so far. **What problems is Communal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communal solved our problem of always having to use separate programs that weren't truly designed for our needs. Communal also made our membership and program registration much simpler for our staff and for our members and customers. Our membership sales and renewals are higher because of the automated and easy-to-use software. ### 2.
