Comeen Play meets our needs. **Recommendations to others considering Comeen:** Comeen Play meets all our needs in terms of digital signage communication. The support team is very available to answer questions. **What problems is Comeen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our frontline workers aren't equipped with a professional PC and/or smartphone. Our challenge was to be able to communicate important information to them for their missions (safety instructions, HR information, health and quality recommendations, etc.). The back office is easy to learn, it's very intuitive. With this tool, we deploy our communication campaigns very quickly on all of our warehouses, everything is centralized and we really gain visibility: choice of target screens, creation of personalized playlists, broadcasting settings... the solution is really complete. More than the solution, the support is quality: we always have good advice and very quick answers to our questions! **What do you dislike about Comeen?** I have no negative points to report, the solution adapts perfectly and even offers us new functionalities. **What problems is Comeen solving and how is that benefiting you?** With more than 30 warehouses in the country, the deployment of animation was very complicated. We had to ask each warehouse to download a file, a video... on the screens of each site. Today, we can launch everything in a few clicks, saving time for all of us! I’m not a designer and I consider myself as someone without design skills. DynamicScreen provides a powerful Designer feature with dozens of pre-designed template. You just have to customise with your logo, data, etc. and broadcast to your screen fleet. The second point I like the most, is the possibility to broadcast automatically the latest posts from ou Facebook, and Instagram page. You just need to click to setup and it works like a charm. Finally, they have integrated a realtime chat for answer support request, for all their customers. That’s so nice, when you don’t remember how to perform an advanced tasks. They answer so quickly! **What do you dislike about Comeen?** Nothing to report from now. Everything is going well. **What problems is Comeen solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am the owner of a store belonging to a well known franchise network in France We sell appliances and multimedia. DynamicScreen has been chosen as the digital signage solution for all the stores (100+). The HQ’s marketing team produces generic content for all the stores and lets us adding content such as : events, specific offers, social feeds.
