**Describe the project or task Collaborate helped with:**

The first thing I do every morning is log into Collaborate. It's not only the vehicle I use to teach my students, I leave it open, so they can contact me with questions. 

**What do you like best about Collaborate?**

Collaborate allows sharing of PowerPoint slides, and allows students to interact with the content on the slides. Students can write answers to questions, highlight, and match objects, and even take quizzes. Anything you'd use a smartboard for in a regular class, you'd use Collaborate for online.

**What do you dislike about Collaborate?**

Occasionally, and I mean very seldom, I've had trouble uploading my content. However, there are work-arounds available that advanced users learn.

**Recommendations to others considering Collaborate:**

Don't look at other programs! The others will not give the options for delivering classroom content and data after class is finished.

**What problems is Collaborate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After class, collaborate can report attendance and quiz scores. A teacher can also download chat to keep a record of the chat.

Sending the qualifications that the need students who need scholarships should have across all the regions,identifications are to be made on needs criteria by the officers in the field and after identification they should send back the names alongside the selection criteria for validation and updating to the federations systems

**What do you like best about Collaborate?**

Each user is able to create a workspace and add data.
What is created is viewable and accessible by other users regardless of their physical location

**What do you dislike about Collaborate?**

Hacking of the software and information by former staff has been a challenge meaning it's less secure 

**What problems is Collaborate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has increased my expertise in sharering,processing and management of files,documents and other types of data amaong several users and systems
