Additionally, their engagement and providing exceptional customer service allows us to stay connected internally and with our customers. **What do you dislike about CollabNow?** Feature limited free version for people to try out will be good. **What problems is CollabNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple users collaborate at the same time for the call along with the whiteboard. The quality of Video Conferencing is just amazing and loved it how developers have created the whole interface in a very innovative manner. Loved the idea of adding user id and password before sharing the screen to have authentication. It does help a lot taking video conferencing and screen sharing to next level without making any disturbance and interference between the both users. **What do you dislike about CollabNow?** The recording quality while sharing the screen is very poor and has to be enhanced. Also the voice quality that it records during screen sharing is not up to the mark and has to be amplified accordingly **Recommendations to others considering CollabNow:** Do consider this software for the best use case of CollabNow. Video and audio seem to be much more stable for team members with less-than-great internet as we're dropping client calls.
