CognitOps helps my team see the work ahead of them and assist with staffing best practices. CognitOps helps to ensure we complete our work with a balanced approach and even helps identify work that is falling behind. CognitOps helps give my team an in the moment snapshot of what is happening with todays and future work assignments. I cannot say more about the customer support we receive from Josh Thomas, our main contact with CognitOps. Day or night he is available to answer questions and give guidance. CognitOps is it's own language and takes time to learn and integrate. Some of the reports like Picking KPI do not have the option to investigate past performances, only in the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about CognitOps to me is the visibility it grants to see where my team is working and how they are performing throuhgout the day. There is nothing better than a program that auto-refreshes and grants me a live look at our workload. Also, the staff at CognitOps has always been more than accomodating and has worked with us every step of the way to implement the things that we have requested and really intigrated themselves into our everyday workflow to help us accomplish our goals! The best feature of CognitOps is how the data is presented (very good visual representation of how the operations is performance real time). Plus, the interaction with the CognitOps team.
