Cognito is easy to use, and has many templates for different types of data collection. We use it for everything from simple signups to patron surveys, class enrollment with tuition collection, and more. I haven't experienced any issues, we are always able to find a good template to create a new form and most of our users find it very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cognito Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an arts organization that offers educational workshops, theater productions, an art gallery and more. We use forms for artist submissions, class signups and tuition payment, volunteer tracking, audition forms, waivers that need signed, and so much more. The ability to easily create dynamic forms. I like how you can create forms that can expand or contract based on what the user is answering. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The only thing I miss with Cognito Forms is the ability to proof email addresses. In a form I can enter an email address and have Cognito Forms send that address a copy of the form. The only problem I have have is if the email address is incorrect, there is no feedback to such and therefore the form gets emailed to nowhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
