It handles a variety of tasks for our small nonprofit, including expense forms, invoices, grant trackers, community surveys, volunteer sign-ups, and event registration. I appreciate its form-building capabilities which offer more customization than other software but are not overly complicated like Qualtrics. I find it intuitive and easy to collaborate on with my team. It provides simple logic but can also be more technical if needed. I really like the ease of use of Cognito Forms. It's very intuitive and we've been using it for several years now. I appreciate the upgrades and the communication when they're available. Being able to extract data into different forms is a feature I like. I think Cognito Forms could be improved by adding more graphic elements. When comparing it to Google Forms, I notice that Google Forms lets you use more header graphics to make things look a bit jazzier. It would be nice if Cognito Forms had more options to personalize forms with graphics, which would help make them more brand-specific and polished for a project or organization. I'd like to see features like header space for uploading graphics or having specific dimension guidelines for graphics. I love that I can export the responses easily. I like that I can make some fields mandatory so that I can ensure I get the info I need. I use Cognito almost daily as the Event Planner at our school. I really appreciate that Cognito Forms is easy to use, especially when it comes to building forms. The integration of an AI tool that helps create forms based on descriptions is fantastic. I love being able to input exactly what I need for a form, and it generates all the options and inputs I require. It's great that I can still edit the form even after the AI builder creates it, allowing me to add or delete information as needed. I also like that you don't have to purchase the premium package to still use the program effectively. I think for business owners who are consistently using a form, it should be more affordable for premium features. Especially when you're planning to use a form long-term, so there's more consistent revenue coming to your company. Instead of increasing pricing and causing business owners to look for other options, it would work better if you're going to have more long-term customers rather than overcharging for basic tools needed to run a business. Some of the settings are very complex, and I haven't been able to find helpful tutorials. I feel like there's much more I could be doing with my forms if I understood all of the settings -- I feel like I need to have a background in programming to fully utilize the platform.
