"Effortless Data Integration and Beautiful Dashboards That Boost Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I’m thrilled with how effortlessly we can integrate various data sources and create visually appealing dashboards. It’s been a game-changer for us, significantly boosting our productivity and meeting efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

The only thing I don’t like is that in the dashboard, we can only change one thing at a time with the AI. Sometimes, this is annoying, especially when you need to change a lot of things in the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Coefficient Simplifies Salesforce-to-Google Sheets Reporting and Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

What I like best is being able to pull data from various connected apps directly into Google Sheets, and then write that data back to the source platforms, particularly Salesforce. I was a heavy Data Loader user before, and Coefficient has simplified that entire workflow. It's more shareable, more user-friendly, and cuts down on the number of sheets and CSVs I need to juggle. I can stay in the tool I'm already working in instead of hopping between systems.

The recurring report pull feature is another standout. It lets me build automatic dashboards that still allow for manual calculations and manipulation, and keeps stakeholders updated automatically without extra work on my end. It's been a true productivity win for me and my team, and I use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Nothing major. Occasionally we have to refresh connections, or re-authenticate, but not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Data Syncing, but Pricey for Some Users"
4/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I like how Coefficient integrates smoothly with Google Sheets, pulling live data from business systems like Salesforce and HubSpot. The scheduled auto-refresh feature is great; it keeps my leads and pipeline views updated automatically. The ease of use and the alerts feature are also awesome; I can notify myself or others in Slack when something changes, like a deal or a lead. Features like Salesforce impulse, write-back, Slack and email alerts, and snapshots are really prioritized for me. The custom scoring or priority columns that extend with new synced rows are something I really like. It’s all very easy, fresh, and automated, which fits with how I already build my tooling and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Pricing tiers are a bit of a challenge because features like frequent refreshes, write back, and alerts usually sit on paid plans, making the free version feel limited. I know that Sheets tend to slow down with big imports, so heavy pipelines can make files feel sluggish. Also, sync errors can happen at times, which can be annoying. "Efficient, User-Friendly Tool for Integrating Salesforce with Google Sheets"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I find Coefficient really easy to use and easy to configure, which saves our staff time on downloading reports. It's great that we don't have to download reports manually because they are brought in automatically. I love how simple the initial setup was with just adding it to Google Sheets and connecting it to our Salesforce instance, allowing us to start pulling reports quickly. Using Coefficient in Google Sheets to connect our Salesforce reports and update them daily is incredibly helpful, especially since we integrate this with tools like Looker Studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I guess, the only thing that doesn't work for us is that we'd also like to be able to bring these reports and use Coefficient in our Microsoft environments, like Excel and OneDrive. That would be helpful, but it doesn't do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks for the thoughtful review, Ellen! We’re glad Coefficient is making your Salesforce to Sheets workflow simple and low-maintenance, especially with automated refreshes and flexible reporting for Looker Studio.

"Impressively Simple for Reading and Writing Massive Salesforce Data"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

It’s impressively simple to read and write massive amounts of Salesforce data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

No MCP support, so it can't connect to Claude or other AI tools

Learning curve for advanced automations

Costs scale up with more sources and seats

Tied to spreadsheets, which struggle with large datasets

Refreshes aren't truly real time

Some niche data sources lack connectors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experiencing challenges I didn't have before"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

It's easy to set up/launch the connection, but I find that a lot of my programmed refreshes aren't actually happening at the cadence I set. ex: I'll visit a file that should be refressehed daily, and it's multiple days old since the last refresh, and when I hit refresh, it hangs awhile, and sometimes errors out. I've set up a lot of coefficients lately, but some of them have just...tired-out or something. I also have noticed that we get emails from you guys saying that we need to re-do or refresh all our coefficients because of an update on your side or something. Don't want to sound like a brat, but I don't want to have to do that. I used to love how it was a "set it and forget it" product for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I don't know if it's a Google setting or Coefficients setting, but at times when I need a SF report to push to Gsheets, there are too many rows I think (it can't go higher than 50-60K it seems) which isn't helpful for me, because we have a lot of data.

I love the free T-shirt you sent me awhile back. The blue one. Can you send me a new T? I like repping the brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thank you for the updated review, Lauren, and for trusting Coefficient to power the dashboards your sales, ops, and exec teams rely on.

You should be experiencing much better refresh times now. We've had a few very big releases and have since made improvements on our core as well.

Another blue tee is on the way. Thanks for repping us! -Hannah

"Seamless Database Queries in Google Sheets with Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient solves the problem of integrating database queries and integrating it directly in Google Sheets, where it's easily accessible to create pivot charts and graphs. I love how easy it is to create daily imports. The support is well responsive when our team has any potential issues, and they ensure that we are in a good state before closing an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I would love it if Coefficient had a way for team admins to transfer import job ownership rather than going through support. I'd also love some way to add alerting on the output of queries (e.g. non-increasing number of rows since last run; last-updated date is old). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Artem Chetverykov of Coefficient

Thank you for the review, and for the note about our support team. That one will make their day.

Thank you also for the suggestions. Admin-level transfer of import job ownership and alerting on query output are both good calls, and I will convey them to our product team.

Really appreciate you taking the time.

"Set It and Forget It: AI Dashboards, Triggers, and Workflows from One Sheet"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Set it and forget it - link all your disparate sources of data to one sheet and then use AI to form into dashboards, triggers, and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

The UI to select fields is pretty google native feeling and can feel clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduled Refreshes. Eliminates Manual Exports and Makes Revenue Data Actionable"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

Coefficient’s scheduled refreshes are the standout feature for me. Once a connection is set up, the data reliably stays current without manual intervention, and I trust it to alert me if something needs attention. It’s surprisingly accessible while still being appropriately powerful.

I primarily use Coefficient with Google Sheets, and that’s where it really shines. While HubSpot is excellent for native reporting, there are many situations where Sheets or Excel are simply better. Especially when you need to perform derivative calculations, layered logic, or custom analysis. Coefficient makes it effortless to bridge that gap, and without fragile exports or workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. Pricing is noticeable but reasonable for the value it provides, and it’s easy to justify internally given the time and risk it saves.

I also appreciate how transparent the tool is. If a refresh fails or a connection needs attention, I know immediately. I don’t spend time worrying about whether the integration is silently broken, which is a big deal for operational reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thanks for such a thoughtful review, Jacob! We’re glad scheduled refreshes and transparent alerts give you confidence your data is always up to date, especially when working in Google Sheets for deeper, custom analysis. Really appreciate you calling out the value and trust Coefficient provides for operational reporting, that's a HUGE win. -Hannah

"Effortless Automated Dashboards with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Coefficient?

I really like that I can set up automatic dashboards by pulling data through Coefficient from Jira, Salesforce, and MySQL. It saves me so much time, and it’s very simple to use. It's quick to get the data and practically runs by itself after initial set up. The pricing is reasonable for the time it saves. And their support is excellent. I had a query where the support agent went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coefficient?

I don’t really dislike anything about it; it does what I need it to do. That said, it would be nice if I could also use it with Postman. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Hannah Recker of Coefficient

Thank you so much for sharing this, Vanessa! It's great to hear that pulling Jira, Salesforce, and MySQL into automated dashboards is saving you real time. Completely unsurprised to hear our support team comes through for you - they're amazing.

We'll add your Postman request to the list! Thanks again! -Hannah
