Distributing a uniform signature in a company has become almost impossible. With Codetwo, it's child's play. You don't have to be an IT expert for this. With the simplest means, you can adapt signatures to departments or adjust them for specific times like Easter, Christmas, etc., and implement them directly. The integration practically runs by itself. There are a few things to enter in the EAC, but Codetwo also provides simple instructions for this. Due to constant actions and certain events, we will be using Codetwo very frequently. A great side effect is the autoresponder function, which my colleagues have wanted anyway. We choose to include exclusive employee only content in our internal emails so that we can drive more traffic to ongoing company activities; like holiday celebrations, contests, interanl specific communication and more. Also LOVE getting the little (get outlook for iOS, and others) removed from all signatures. It works really well and would suggest this to anyone. One of my favorite products in our environment. Incredibly easy to implement, very easy to make frequent changes and when changes are made, it updates instantly. We frequently use the customization.
