What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Codetwo is very reasonably priced. It is effortless to implement, and it is intuitive enough that non-IT people in the business can manage it. It can be deployed via Office365 admin automatically, and then creating new signatures are a breeze. There are multiple templates, or you can build one yourself. Promotional or time-specific signatures can be completed ahead of time and scheduled. It can even add signatures to your iPhone ios mail app emails. You can create specific emails for departments down to individual users. It used zure AD groups so if you configure it correctly you don;t need to manually add new users. What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

There is one slight issue with the software. If you create a test signature, it defaults to all users. i.e., having no specified sender means all senders, so you need to be careful that you do not have your rough test signature become the default for the entire company. What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had lotus notes as our email system. Making changes to signatures meant paying a developer to make the changes. Moving to outlook meant that we lost that limited functionality, and we needed comparable functionality. CodeTwo has replaced it with ten times the functionality at a fraction of the price. The benefit is business managed and driven, low cost signature management fully integrated with O365 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the company, Outlook signatures were previously maintained manually, which took a lot of time and repeatedly led to errors.
