After a two-year break, I was truly grateful for the chance to collaborate with CodeTwo once again. I had implemented it at a previous company and was familiar with it, although a bit out of practice in some areas. I can't overstate the importance of the human element in shaping the overall experience, and it would be remiss of me not to give a special shout-out to Michał Wróbel for his active support throughout the process.
I have grown increasingly frustrated with chatbots which time after time fail to comprehend the question, or a 'read the manual' approach to sometimes overwhelming documentation. Please don't get me wrong, CodeTwo have produced some excellent material and user guides/videos. The issues which Michal did a great job supporting us with was rebuilding a signature template which not only rendered well across multiple clients (a challenge in itself) ,and making it as flexible as possible to meet the needs of our users. Custom Attributes and RT tags are a truly effective way to offer flexibility, yet remain cloud managed.
Thanks to CodeTwo, we have a centrally managed email signature tool which is a leap forward from the multitude of hand-cranked and inconsistently formatted iterations which were previously in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only slight negative (but trivial) is that I encountered a few niggles with the template editor (it was a very specific edge case for formatting a URL) - it is my understanding that a new HTML editing tool is on the near horizon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
