It is effortless to implement, and it is intuitive enough that non-IT people in the business can manage it. It can be deployed via Office365 admin automatically, and then creating new signatures are a breeze. There are multiple templates, or you can build one yourself. Promotional or time-specific signatures can be completed ahead of time and scheduled. It can even add signatures to your iPhone ios mail app emails. You can create specific emails for departments down to individual users. It used zure AD groups so if you configure it correctly you don;t need to manually add new users. If you create a test signature, it defaults to all users. i.e., having no specified sender means all senders, so you need to be careful that you do not have your rough test signature become the default for the entire company. Making changes to signatures meant paying a developer to make the changes. Moving to outlook meant that we lost that limited functionality, and we needed comparable functionality.
