**What do you like best about CocoPacket?**

User-friendly interface, simplicity to monitor networks, AS, and IPs. We can anticipate network problems even before the alarm sounds. The service is excellent.

**What do you dislike about CocoPacket?**

Although it is a brilliant tool, the price is a bit high, but it is worth it for the quality and support.

**What do you like best about CocoPacket?**

Cocopacket is a comprehensive network monitoring system and we wanted software that would help us in keeping a track of network performance and the Cocopacket is a perfect one for us. With their tools, network-related tasks are very easy to control. It has saved us from troubleshooting problems too and whatnot. Its technical team is very helpful and a very smooth communication happened between us. Network monitoring has become no longer our headache after it as its tools have proved so helpful and useful for us in network management.

**What do you dislike about CocoPacket?**

Its pricing is a source of trouble for us. We have found it as a high rate software although the features it offers are quite amazing it is hard for us to afford it.

**What problems is CocoPacket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cocopackect is a perfect tool we have found best for network monitoring. Now we can observe the performance of our network and the factors that are having a bad influence on its performance. Its tools are so helpful and are easily accessible too. Troubleshoot is no longer a source of worry for us. We really like its technical team because of their cooperation and support they provided us. I would recommend this software to all those worrying about the performance of their networks
