The amount of time it saves is genuinely unreal. Before using Cobl.ai, I created most of our documents in Canva. Whilst they looked good, they often felt like the same document repeated over and over again, with only small changes between clients. What I really like about Cobl.ai is how easy it is to tailor documents to each individual client and project. The output feels far more professional, personalised and polished, whilst taking a fraction of the time to produce. The platform has helped us improve the quality of our proposals significantly, present a more professional image to clients and create documents that are consistent with our brand without spending hours designing them from scratch. For any business producing client-facing documents regularly, I would highly recommend taking a look. Before using Cobl.ai, I was creating most of our proposals, budget reports and client documents in Canva. Whilst they looked professional, they took a significant amount of time to put together and often felt like the same document being reused with only minor changes between projects. Cobl.ai has dramatically reduced the amount of time we spend producing client facing documents whilst improving the quality of the final output. We can now create professional budget guidance reports, project proposals, welcome packs and other documentation much faster, whilst still tailoring them to each individual client and project. The biggest benefit for us has been being able to provide a far more personalised experience for our clients without spending hours creating documents from scratch. The documents look more professional, are easier to adapt and help us present Jenks & Co in a way that reflects the quality of service we aim to deliver.
