The best thing is definitely to use the 1 free resume template it provides. 2. Also, one can download 3 resumes for free. 3. The free basic plan is sufficient for a 1 time use person. 4. Well, lots of templates are available. 5. Also, there is an AI review available. 6. Hiration is not just for resume building, one can make cover letters, get reviewed, also it has job preparation questions. 7. Its yearly plan is actually very cheap. It will cost 83 rupees per month which is very cheap. **What do you dislike about HIRATION?** The price of the 1 month plan is actually too much I feel. It is not a good competitive price. Also, if hiration provides atleast 1 time word document download of resume, it would be better. **What problems is HIRATION solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Job interview preparation. - Easy to make resume with lots of templates available. - AI reviewing gives an added advantage. - Hiration provides linkedin review too. ### 2. Hiration gave me a way to do this **What do you dislike about HIRATION?** I wanted to apply to multiple different sectors, and each industry requires a specific type of resume - for example - a design job would require a portfolio and not a resume, and a marketing job would require something else. I feel this wasn't present there. **What problems is HIRATION solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving easy to make your resume, optimise your resume and choose from multiple templates.
