What do you like best about Clym?

The all-in-one approach is what stands out most. Clym covers both data privacy compliance (consent management, cookie banners, privacy policy generation) and web accessibility (WCAG/ADA widget and accessibility statement) in a single platform. As a web agency building sites for associations and nonprofits, this saves us from managing multiple tools. Installation on WordPress is straightforward, and the platform automatically set up Google Consent Mode on our client's site without extra configuration. The Clym for Good program, which provides access to qualifying nonprofits, has been a huge value-add we can offer our clients. The onboarding support was responsive and genuinely helpful throughout setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clym?

The auto-generated legal documents (privacy policy, accessibility statement, etc.) are a great starting point, but they do require some review and customization by the organization to ensure they accurately reflect their specific practices and policies. It would be helpful to have more guided prompts during the document generation process to minimize manual follow-up. Also, the admin portal has a bit of a learning curve initially, though support is available and the onboarding call helps significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
