Cluseo is a great way to quickly capture step-by-step workflows—especially when we have an expert who has a demo environment set up and can speak to the workflow as they go. For me in Customer Education, Cluseo works best when we need to optimize for speed. If we need to make a batch of training videos that are 'good enough' this is a fantastic tool. The editing capabilites are limited, but the Cluseo team has been supportive and responsive to our feedback.

My favorite part: with the built-in AI capabilities, cleaning up the 'ums' and confusing sentences becomes a click of a button. It's also really valuable to be able to change a script after it's been recorded and render a new one. Because the voice over is generated with AI, I can go in and edit the script and re-render the video in minutes: no need to ask anyone to re-record because a feature name changed or we decided we need to talk about the value prop differently. We haven't utilized the language capabilities much yet, but I'm really looking forward to run tests in Spanish and French to see how well the AI does with the translation capbilities. - We've love more editing capbilities. Specifically around syncing controls. If we cut something out of the script, Cluseo offers 'sync markers' to help ensure that the voice over and the on-screen visuals remain in alignment. I'd prefer to have sync markers and the ability to control clip speed so we can better control the visual playback when we make script changes.

- The default AI voices can be flat. Cluseo offers the ability to add pronunciation queues and pauses to help guide the AI, but it can be challenging to get this to sound natural when using the default voices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Text rewrites are spot on 99% of the time, and when you do have to adjust its super easy and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, the integration is just an extension which makes it easy as well. The effects of zooming in whenever we click something is very cool. It takes time to create video tutorials manually. It's not dislike-dislike but there are still rooms for improvement just like any other software. Say for an example, there are lots of times where we have to use the mousepad/mouse.
