# Support details?

Our current CRM has an additional charge for phone support.  From my trial, it seems pretty straightforward and user friendly, and I don't foresee us needing a lot of help with Cloze, but if we were to switch, what kind of support, if any, is offered? And is there a charge for it?

I have used Cloze for three years now, excellent platform and support. Support is free however I’m not sure if they offer phone support.
